What is a Sister to Sister Summit?

•A day devoted to Junior High girls

•Planned and facilitated by trained High School young women

•Activities and discussion about what to expect in high school

Past topics have included:

•Body image and eating disorders

•Making smart choices about dating and friendships, involvement in organizations

• Getting connected with others for a successful high school experience

•Celebrations of all that girls can do and be and strategies for achieving success

•Dealing with negative issues that high school may bring

Registration is required. The event is free for 7^th and 8^th grade students, and will run from 9:00 AM till 2:30 PM. Food and beverages will be provided.
