AAUW Petaluma Branch - Volume 54 - No. 1 - September 2008
Come to the Petaluma AAUW Social on Sunday, September 14th at 1pm
There is something for everyone!
J
oin us at a new location - the Petaluma Village Premium Outlets for
a fun and interesting meeting to start our year. We will get to know our
new co-Presidents Doris Tolks and Tiffany Renee, hear all about new
and interesting sections, and learn about our engaging and informative
programs planned for the year.
A few of the young women we sent to Tech Trek last July will join us to
share about their experiences at camp. Cinnabar will present a snippet
from the Petaluma River Anthology - an opportunity to learn about our
city as you watch a performance by young people that offers a moving
and memorable theatrical experience.
Please do plan to bring a prospective member - it is a great way to introduce new members to our
organization. The refreshments will be a yummy surprise and Kay Kerridan is planning another bake
sale to support LAF, so plan to bid on a scrumptious treat for you and yours.
The Outlet Mall is located at 2200 Petaluma Boulevard North. We are meeting in the indoor Food
Court (in the southeast corner of the mall). The mall administration is working on coupons and other
promotional give-a-ways to entice us to shop after our meeting.
